The closing session of the TalentBridge programme for 2026 is a moment to step back and look at the bigger picture. This session combines strategic career planning, portfolio building , resilience, and financial grounding, with the option of a live market experience that puts it all into practice.

EXPERTS

Sönke Kirchhof

Sönke Kirchhof is Founder, CEO & Creative Director of award-winning XR Studio INVR.SPACE

GmbH with its Headquarter in Berlin and Branches in Munich and Hamburg. He studied Political Science at the University of Hamburg and Film and TV Production at the Film University Babelsberg „Konrad Wolf”, which he graduated with distinction.

He has been working in XR, stereoscopic film production, VFX and CGI post-production as well as Research and Development in arts and technology for more than 25 years.

He is also founder of reallifefilm international GmbH, working as producer and stereographer in all kinds of projects.

He is involved in international coproductions with multicultural partners producing state-of-the-art immersive experiences with social impact.

Alessandra Pastore 

Alessandra is an Italian professional with over 20 years of experience in the audiovisual international industry.

After 10 years in production, Alessandra has been involved in the setup and coordination of international vocational training programmes for emerging professionals such as MAIA Workshops.

She is frequently called to lecture on training initiatives and she also consults with production companies on development and co-production issues.

Alessandra has sat on the board of the Italian Ministry of Culture as member of the evaluation committee for the Minority Co-production scheme and led the Meeting Point – Vilnius international work-in-progress market as Head of Industry for five years.

She is one of the experts for the Creative Europe MEDIA programme and currently serves on evaluation committees for regional film funds, festivals, and training initiatives.

Alessandra is the coordinator of the Europe-Asia EAVE initiative Ties That Bind and she also serves as Market Manager at the co-production forum When East Meets West.

She is in the programming team of SIC-Venice International Film Critics’ Week at the Venice International Film Festival. Alessandra is a member of the European Film Academy.
