Bio: Daniel (Danni) Romanayev, graduated from Tel Aviv University in 2021 from the film and digital media program (B.A, M.F.A). In his second year in school he directed and produced "V.R Noir" a 6 minuet VR film that was featured in Haifa film festival and Tel Aviv international student film festival. Purple Bells" is Romaneev's directorial debut in the documentary genre, and also his graduation project. The film is a self discovery, where the director is reconciling with his past as a son of immigrants from soviet Russia. In addition Danni works as an independent director cameraman and editor.
