Bissan Tibi was born in 1999 in Neve Shalom- Wahat al-Salam. She started writing and directing plays when she was in High school. As soon as she graduated, she started studying Cinema in Tel Aviv University. A year later, at the age of 19, she wrote and directed her first short film “Wenek”, and In 2021, she started working on her first feature documentary “One street in Silwan”. Between the years 2021-2022, she produced 2 short films- "Dissociation" (2021) and 'Tarkee" (2022). In 2023 she started the production of another short fiction film called “Between” (funded by NFTC).
