Victoria is a film editor and director born in the former USSR who resides and works in Israel. She was born in Moscow in 1978 and immigrated with her family when she was 12 years old. As a child she was interested in cinema. She started working in editing while in high school and gained much experience. Victoria has an M.A in Philosophy and M.F.A in Film & Television Studies. "Soft Sign" is her second film.
