I'm currently developing my first feature length script called CARNIVALESQUE. The project examines how group dynamics, social expectations and the aspiration towards belonging forms our daily life. What prompts people to sacrifice their freedom or even ignore their moral standpoints in order to maintain their status in society? LOGLINE: A car mechanic does everything to maintain his status in the local carnival brass band, while the orderly Swiss midland village plunges into the four-day carnival festivities.
