Nir Shenhav was born and raised in New Zealand and moved to Israel at the age of 10, where he developed a deep connection to the arts. At Thelma Yellin High School of the Arts, he majored in theater, writing several plays and directing theater productions. In 2021 Nir began his film studies and has since focused on creating films that explore themes of identity, memory, and the human condition.
