Niamh Sauter-Cooke is an Irish-German filmmaker based in Berlin, Germany. Having graduated with a degree in social anthropology from the University of Cambridge, she moved to Los Angeles in 2018, where she attended the University of Southern California film school. She has lived in Germany since 2021, where she produces and directs TV documentaries alongside her fictional projects as a writer/director. She is interested in power imbalances, strong emotions and the relationship between humans and nature.
