Matteo Sanders, * 1989 in Innsbruck, works as a freelance director in Vienna. He studied directing and screenwriting at the Film Academy in Vienna, Austria. In 2019 he studied for a semester in Oslo at the Westerdals School of Art. His short film “ Am Grat / On The Edge ” (2022) was in the semifinals of the Student Academy Awards. In 2024 he took part in a joint exhibition with Julia Haugeneder, Magdalena Kreinecker and Lucas Schmid at the Neue Galerie Graz.
