A film about a father and a daughter. Two people who are actually family, but who haven't had a relationship with each other for a long time. Is there someone to blame for this? In some families, certainly. But maybe they've just never learnt to talk to each other.   With this film, I want to deal with expectations of the role of the father. I was particularly interested in the relationship between closeness and distance between father and daughter. The difficulty of communicating feelings and expectations to a person who could not be closer to you. And what remains after that apart from the shared memories of childhood?    "THURSDAY" tells the story of two generations. About how they learnt to deal with feelings and talk about them. And it tells of missing each other.
