Bára Anna Stejskalová is a Czech filmmaker, visual artist and animator specialising in puppet and stop-motion animation. She studied animation at Arts University Bournemouth and completed her Master's degree at FAMU in Prague. Her films The Fishermen (2017) and Love Is Just a Death Away (2020) were shortlisted for the BAFTA Student Film Awards and screened at international festivals including SXSW and Annecy. She is the founder of the Prague-based animation studio DIVIZE. Her latest film, the underwater stop-motion musical 9 Million Colors (2025), premiered at Annecy and is currently touring international festivals. She is developing her debut feature The Inhalatorium, supported by the Czech Audiovisual Fund.
