Bio: Noga Chevion is a filmmaker and a creative producer based in Tel-Aviv. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Geography at the Hebrew University, Noga's introduction to the film industry was through music video productions, when she was working as a producer and an assistant director. While working in the vibrating media, she fell in love with film and video art and enrolled in the MFA program at The Steve Tisch School for Film and Television, Tel Aviv University. Currently, Noga is a project and content manager at the Israeli Documentary Filmmakers Forum. Noga's first short fiction film, "Thank You For Buying Chess America", examined anti-cinematic characters and situations in a unique and stylish cinematic expression. Her second film and first documentary exploration, "A Midsummer Night's Road" (doclisboa 2021) is a hybrid docu-fiction short film. This film reveals Noga's increasing fascination with new narration techniques that smoothly combine authentic characters and dialogue with fictional structure.
