Damián Vondrášek (b. 1991, Prague) is studying direction at FAMU in Prague. His first short TOGETHER (2015) took the best director award at Famufest. IMPRISONED (2016) was selected to San Sebastian IFF and Karlovy Vary IFF (Future Frames: Ten New Filmmakers To Follow), also nominated for the Magnesia Award for Best Student Film (presented during the Czech Lion Awards). His latest short FRONTIER was supported by Czech Film Fund and co-produced by Czech television and premiered at Trieste Film Festival.
