Director and screenwriter. Graduate of the Sam Spiegel School of Film and Television. RED COW, her first full length feature film made its debut at the 2018 Berlin Film Festival.
In the same year, it won the “Best Film,” “Best Debut Film” and “Best Actress” Awards at the Jerusalem Film Festival. Her film school final film, VIKA, participated in many festivals and was awarded prizes, among them an honorable mention at the Berlin Film Festival.

Lockdown. Nice apartment and neighbourhood, an imprisoned woman. Needing others, Shimrit enters the local mikvah. Her body is bruised. The balanit looks away. “Ko-sher” the cry assaults her. She leaves the water, leaves her previous life, only the water stands.
