Itamar Groswasser is a filmmaker based in Tel Aviv, Israel. He is a B.F.A student at the Steve Tisch School of Film and Television, Tel Aviv University, where he produced two short films before making his directorial debut. Interference is his first short film as a director. The film tells the story of a young child who lives with his mother and her girlfriend after discovering that his mother suffers domestic abuse. It explores intrafamilial violence, a topic rarely addressed in an LGBTQ+ context. He is currently developing his next short film, which examines the relationship between two estranged brothers striving to reconnect.
