About T-Port
T-Port is an innovative non-profit online platform aimed at promoting films by emerging talents and facilitating the distribution of short films within the professional film industry. The platform currently includes more than 900 titles made by independent & student filmmakers, including top festivals selection and award-winning films. As an industry tool, T-Port is restricted to professional use – i.e. festival programmers, sales agents, VOD services, TV buyers, and distributors that are scouting for short films and talent, as well as producers, talent agencies and young talent promotion bodies who are searching for the next discovery. T-Port is supported by Creative Europe MEDIA and was co-established by Tel Aviv International Student Film Festival and the Gesher Film Fund.
Responsibilities
Coordination
- Communication with international partners – in regard to content updating, technical questions, membership, statistics.
- IT – you will have regular contact with our developers and maintain regular checks and QA’s on the website, oversee technical developments in the platform as well as provide basic technical support to our users.
- Data analysis – you will be responsible for making quarterly data reports for our partners based on our systems and Google analytics, as well as lead surveys among industry professionals & users.
Administration
- Basic (online) office management of the non-profit activity in Germany and Europe (pre-accounting, preparing documents & reports for public bodies and funds).
Marketing
- Maintain blog, newsletter, different publications.
Your profile
- A highly organized individual with strong attention to detail – you are no stranger to Excel sheets.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a position related to the film industry. (i.e. production, festival, fund, sales or distribution companies, etc.)
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English and German.
- Tech oriented – you have experience working with web platforms such as WordPress, and/or you are a quick learner when it comes to technology-based platforms (knowledge in computer programming is not required).
- Work as part of a remote team – Able to self-structure and time manage, have initiative, prioritize effectively to deliver on the key set goals.
- Interest in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Solutions-oriented.
- Basic ability to collect and analyze data – interest to deepen your knowledge about the film industry.
- Basic/good graphic design skills, e.g. knowledge in Adobe photoshop/illustrator.
- Experience in social media and/or marketing and communication is an advantage.
- Experience in grant application writing is an advantage.

General Conditions
- Capacity: approx. 28 hours/ w
- Location: Ideally in Berlin, Germany with some flexibility for remote work.
- Salary & employment contract: to be discussed based on experience and German film industry standards.
