T-Port partnership with Les Arcs Film Festival in the first Talent Village
Call for Projects to T-Port Partner Schools
For its very new Talent Village, Les Arcs European Film Festival will choose one project from the short films available on T-Port. The film will get the Les Arcs Prize, as an invitation to participate in the Talent Village, including:
– A 3-day workshop at la CinéFabrique film school in Lyon (From December, 12th to 15th)
– Invitation to the Coproduction Village in Les Arcs (From December, 5th to 18th)
Selection requirements:
– Each school can submit up to three films
– The film has to be presented at T-Port
– The director has to be European or his/her film project is based in Europe.
– She/he does not have had directed a feature film (except if it was for her/his studies)
– She/he has directed a remarkable short film in terms of audacity and ambition
– She/he has to have a feature film project in development (synopsis of 1 to 3 pages)
Support:
– The director’s flight ticket. If she/he comes with her/his producer, she/he has to take care of her/his own transportation to come to Lyon and to leave from either Bourg-Saint-Maurice or Geneva (Switzerland). The transportation between the two cities will be in charge of the festival.
– Accommodation (breakfasts and lunches, and some diners)

What do you need to provide for each project submitted:
– A synopsis of 1 to 3 pages for a feature film
– Link to the director’s short film on T-Port
– Resume of the director
– Intention note
Les Arcs Film Festival will select a total of 7 to 10 directors who will participate with their projects. We request schools to send us projects that seem the most likely able to participate in this workshop.
