In my animation universe, I enjoy building worlds that function as twisted parallels to our own. I observe the surreal nature of our existence and transform my personal emotions and thoughts into something more universal. I am interested in social structures, psychology and anthropology, and I draw on these fields to create characters, group dynamics and visual symbols within my films. Humor, strong visual expression and experimentation are also essential elements of my work. I like to explore how seemingly strange or fantastical worlds can reflect the mechanisms, contradictions and absurdities of our own.
