Bio: Sandra Makhlouf, born 1997 in Slovakia. Since 2012 she has lived in Germany. In 2017 she began her studies at the HFBK Hamburg under Professor Angela Schanelec. She is a recipient of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation. Her thesis film ŽIVÁ VODA was awarded the HFBK Prize of the Hamburg Cultural Foundation and has been since then accepted to the official short film catalogue of GERMAN FILMS 2023.
