Omri Laron is an Israeli director and screenwriter, grew up in Kfar-Saba and currently lives in Tel Aviv. Graduated with honors in film studies at the Steve Tisch School of Film and Television, Tel Aviv University (BFA & MFA). Director and screenwriter of 2 student short films: No Homo (2019) and Funjoya (2015). More Than Your Friend is his first independent short film. Today, Omri writes for television and teaches history and cinema in a high school in Jaffa.
