Noga Mer (27). Was born in New York but has been living in Israel since the age of 3. Graduated film studies at Sapir College in 2023. She mentors the 'Seeing Far' association, which supports at-risk youth on their path to becoming future creators. Today, she is an independent creator and works on various projects, emphasizing stories and characters with a deep and honest voice in society.
