T-Port Partner: future frames – presented by european film promotion
Born and grew up in Hradec Králové in the East Bohemia region of the Czech republic. Martin has studied Film Direction at FAMU, Prague now developing his debut feature film ‘Three Weeks Under the Sea’. The film is supported by Czech State Cinematography Fund, Slovak Audiovisual Fund, and has been part of TorinoFilmLab TFL Extended 2018 development programe. Professional experience includes assistance at HBO original series ‘Wasteland’, spots for cinema art magazine ‘Film a Doba’, and intern dramaturgist position at Black Camel Pictures, Glasgow, UK. Short films 'The Celebration', 'The Lion, the Antelope and the Beautiful Blonde' have been screened internationally, including 56th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, 40th Montreal World Film Festival and 32nd WFF Warsaw. The short film 'Night on Fire' got awarded at 18th International Film and Television Festival Simfest Romania and 11th Almería Western Film Festival.
