Laura is a filmmaker and artist based in Cologne, Germany. She has a BA in Architecture, is a graduate of the MA program in Spatial Strategies at the Kunsthochschule Berlin Weißensee and completed the Diploma 2 program in Film at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne. Laura has made short documentary and fiction films that are shown internationally at film festivals and exhibitions, including the Akademie der Künste Berlin, the European Media Art Festival, the Rencontres Internationales Paris/Berlin, the DocLisboa International Filmfestival and Chicago Underground Filmfestival. Laura is co-founder of the Cologne-based production company FILMBETRIEB and currently working on her debut feature film.
