Bio: Hadar Morag is a director, screenwriter, producer, and editor. Graduated with honors from the Tel-Aviv University's Film Department. She directed the award winning short, SILENCE (Cannes, Cinfondation 2008), award-winning feature, WHY HAST THOU FORSAKEN ME (Orizzonti, Venice 2015) and the short fiction film IT’S TIME YOU DIED ALREADY (Best Short Film Award, Haifa IFF 2021, Cinema South FF 2021). Currently she is working on TALITHA KUMI, a feature film in early financing (Developed at the Jerusalem International Film Lab, won the Berlin 3 Months 24/7 Residency 2018 by the Medienboard & the FFA); ONLY GOD KNOWS, a feature film in development (Berlinale Script Station 2019); TZIPORA AND RACHEL ARE NOT DEAD, a full length documentary in the editing (Won the TLV rough cut DOC Lab DocAviv 2021, Participated in the Greenhouse Development Program). Morag is socially active, living in Jaffa and working with distressed Arab families and with women in the prostitution cycle.
