Diego Oliva Tejeda was born in Guatemala City in 1998. After graduating from high school and completing an internship in commercials and film, he moved to Munich, where he began his studies in feature film directing at HFF Munich in 2017. Since, Diego has directed various student productions. He has been a fellowship recipient of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation since 2021. His work has been screened at Künstlerhaus Bethanien Berlin and various festivals. Diego currently lives in Munich and is working on his graduation film.
