Dascha Petuchow, born in Karaganda, Kazakhstan in 1996, graduated in communication design from the RheinMain University in Wiesbaden, Germany. Since graduating, she has been involved in the Hessian film scene in a variety of ways. In 2021 she co-founded the production company Plotlessfilm. She prefers to tell stories that have a personal connection to her, delicately illuminating family dynamics and exploring the humanity intertwined with them.
