Damaris Zielke was born in south-west Germany in 1992. She studied visual communication in Weimar at Bauhaus University and continued studying animation at Filmakademie Baden-Wurttemberg from 2016 to 2021. While studying, she worked as a freelance motion designer & animator on different TV productions and documentaries. In 2019 she took part in the 6 week Lucerne Masterclass for advanced Animation (LuMAA) in Switzerland. Currently she is working as an Animator in London in the VFX Industry. However, her passions still lie with expressive character animation and directing.
