Filmmaker and music producer Brenda Lien´s works have screened at film festivals worldwide (Berlinale Shorts, ISFF Oberhausen, Aspen SF and Uppsala ISFF) and received multiple awards. “Call of Cuteness” was on the long list for the “Short Animation”-Oscars 2018 and in 2018 “Call of Comfort” won the German Short Film Award. In 2019 she was invited to the Berlinale Talents Campus and in 2020 she received Hessen´s Newcomer Award. Her graduation film "First Work, Then Play" was awarded the Filmfund Prize Saxony at Filmfest Dresden 2022. The recent graduate at the University of Art and Design Offenbach is currently developing her first feature script and preparing an album release.
