In "Aunt Dina" lays a subject close to my heart, it speaks of a plague that was silenced and suppressed in many cultures, a plague that brings shame, guilt and post trauma to its victims and the ones close to them. It's the type of plague that may leave one's body whole but the soul shattered to bits. As a son of a victim to sexual abuse, I found that it is not spoken of in many cultures as men where taught to stay strong and silent when they need support the most.
