Born in Kyrgyzstan and studied law. 2004 founded the first LGBTQ+ organisation in Central Asia. 2016 studied at the VGIK Film School in Moscow, but had to abandon his studies due to his trans identity and seek asylum in Germany. 2021 - 2025 Studies in FILM/DIRECTING at the ifs International Film School Cologne.
