My name is Pim Hegeman, I was born on March 30th 1998 in Helmond, the Netherlands, where I still live. Along with my brother Joep I discovered the possibilities of filmmaking back in 2010. We immediately became fascinated by filming little improvised plays and editing these stories together. In the years that followed I often made funny and absurd short films but always as a hobby. For a long time I struggled with the question whether or not it was something I would turn into my profession. In 2019 I decided to start an education: ‘Visual Communication’ at ‘Zuud Hogeschool Maastricht’. Here I developed my style further which resulted in my graduation film ‘Anduzeblauw’.
