i am interested in themes that explore israeli maculinity, how masculinity is connected with politics and how different types of men from dfferent israeli backrounds communicate, or miscommunicate.

Niv, a Tel Aviv-born filmmaker, spent part of his childhood in the U.S. before returning for high school in Israel. Currnetly studying film at TAU and working on his graduation film. After combat service in the army, he began to worry a lot about what masculinity is and specifically what Israeli masculinity is. He is interested in investigating in depth what drives the differences within Israeli society and how the perception of masculinity affects it, in particular what drives us as men towards toxic masculinity and how we can break it.
