The most mind-trigging and fulfilling feelings are what you don't expect to happen, happen, of course, only on the good side of this. Although people LOVE to guess what is going to be the next scene and even love more to be right about it, there's a small gap between letting the average viewer guess right and surprising them, and that's where I want to be. Unexpected shots, unexpected dialogue, conflicts, plot twists, everything I can play with, I will.
