Producer and CEO at "Center of Contemporary Culture "Running Turtle". Produced more than 30 films, which received dozens of awards at international film festivals. From 1999 to 2008 he worked in NGOs and civil sector. In 2008 produced his first short documentary which was presented at the European Parliament as a report on situation in Belarus. Since then he has been producing films covering social problems, responsibility and civic engagement. Born in Minsk, Belarus in 1971. Education: 2008 - 2011 European Humanities University, Masters degree on Political Science (Vilnius, Lithuania) 1988 - 1993 Minsk radio engineering university, Bachelor's degree on radio and TV engineering (Minsk, Belarus)
