I am a mother of two. My son is 10 and my daughter is 5. But, in fact, I am a mother of four - as I gave birth to two short films as well. Films that I coddled, breathed life into and love as if they were my own flesh and blood. To be a filmmaker one must have this kind of passion for the art of cinema - the medium of "all is possible". To have a vision and believe that you can mold it so that others can understand it and be inspired - that's what film is all about for me.

Leeron Revah was born and raised in New York by Israeli parents in 1976. Her love of the dramatic arts dates back to her years as a drama major at the famed Fiorello LaGuardia H.S. of Music and Art. After graduating from college, she moved to Israel and kept her connection to the arts alive through producing independent films but eventually found her passion in directing her own films. "No Free Lunch", her directorial debut (2015) received several awards worldwide and was accepted to many film festivals such as Clermont Ferrand, Aspen Shortsfest, Berlin Independent, WOW in Australia, etc. With her second short film "acceptancE", she presents an intimate expression that will hopefully resonate with viewers worldwide.
