Gal is a filmmaker and award-winning editor from Tel Aviv, Israel. Finished her studies in Sam Spiegel Film School Jerusalem in 2017 with honor award. Prior to her film studies she created and produced radio plays and programs. Gal has three films under her belt - "SHMITA" (2015) that received special mention in London Shorts and Asia South-East. "VIVID RUTHIE" (2017), was screened commercially on "YES" Israeli broadcaster, local and international film festivals. and "ARABIC FRIDAY" (2019) that won Original Voice award in Trebinje Mediterranean Film Week, and was part of "First Course" project which is screening  shorts before feature films in cinemas. Her next short, “Carmi is Optimistic”, won the pitch of Jerusalem Women Film Festival and was part of the Writing Lab for Women by NFCT and International Student Film Festival. Nowadays Gal is co-writing the series “Non Issue”, Israeli-Palestinian comedy-drama, with her partner Nayef Hammoud.  In addition - Gal is an editor ('The Dreamers' by Maysaloun Hamoud, 'Paradise' by Asaf Saban, 'Soft Grass' by Shadi Habib Ala and more).
