Born in 2000 in Budapest, Hungary. Vilmos Heim graduated in Film Studies from Eötvös Loránd University. His first short film My Father’s Son (2024) was selected for numerous international festivals. He was selected for Vienna Shorts Talent Days and received a pitching award from In The Palace ISFF with his short Cry a Wolf (2026), which is currently in post-production. His latest project, Purity was also introduced in Baltic Picthing Forum where he received a special prize from Yle.
