Initiated in 2007 by Nisi Masa, the European Network of Young Cinema; European Short Pitch is a program that combines an annual scriptwriting workshop and a coproduction forum. It aims at uncovering and supporting young European talents and fostering collaborations between industry professionals from all over Europe. Since its creation, European Short Pitch has helped the scriptwriters and directors of 287 projects make their short films.
